0 A Pin Up LookFollowing on from the lipstick tutorial earlier this week, today I’m posting a pin up look. I’ve done this type of vintage look on Katy Perry, Lily Allen, Mischa Barton, Kelly Osbourne, Karen Elson and many others and its one of those classically glamourous looks that never goes out of style. You can swap the eye or lips colour shades for ones you already have as this look can be done in any of the classic shades. I’ve kept the brows, skin and general feel as modern and fresh as possible to give an updated feel. Perfect for a party, glam event or girly vintage night. Have fun with it and thanks for watching!     @JadeEmilyAnkers This is a normal question one can ask when it comes to lipstick. Some people tend to have darker or more yellow teeth than other people and some cool colours can emphasize this dramatically. Hepcat does not say that Lisa has yellow teeth or anything.

    @atouchofgold24 Olive skintones can pull off this look, dont be discouraged. Actually, any skin tone can, its just about choosing the right shades of eyeshadow and lipstick to match your skintone.

    I love the 50′s pin …
    I love the 50′s pin up look but I’ve tried to find some well known pin up girls of that time but it became apparent to me that having a natural olive skin was no where to be seen. nor was the brown eyes with olive skin and brown hair combination. Seems like there was an underline discrimination there. If there was any well know pin up girls of time,please can someone point me in the right direction? Because it seems like women like me can’t pull this look off traditionally. I hate that. :(

    I have a big curious question for you Lisa. When being a freelance or print or any sort of makeup artist, how would you pay for your kit? do you get money from your brands or from brands sending you products or benefits from being a makeup artist? i really am willing to spend my own money but i was just wondering for all of this when push comes to shove. and also do you have tips on young makeup artists at all in general?     I have thick black …
    I have thick black eyebrows, i think this will be a nice look te match them. I’ll definetly try it if i could find a nice dark lipstick that matches my skin and hair.
    I really like that ourole lipstick instead of the classic red one.
    You’re simply amazing!
